Play & Creative Therapy
These sessions are for children and young people aged 4 to 16, providing a safe space to explore and express their emotions. They are delivered by qualified and trainee therapists, who integrate theoretical models from Person-Centered, Gestalt, Systemic, Transactional Analysis, Creative, and Somatic Trauma Therapy. The sessions are child-led, fostering a safe and permission-giving environment where children can find their voice, build confidence, and connect with their true, authentic selves. These sessions support children experiencing emotional challenges, whether due to life events such as bereavement, family separation, domestic abuse, addiction, or bullying. They can also help children experiencing distress where the cause is unclear, including those with a neurodiversity diagnosis or suspected neurodivergence. We recommend a minimum of 12 sessions per child. However, depending on the complexity of need, extensions may be required. Sessions last 40 minutes for children aged 4 - 12 and 45 minutes for those aged 13 - 16. All sessions are delivered in person in Bracknell, Devizes, or through local schools in Berkshire and Wiltshire. These sessions are just for your child, but we also offer additional support services for parents and carers.

Sessions are suitable for adult couples aged 18 and over who want to explore their relationship. Couples may have experienced a challenging life event such as bereavement, family separation, domestic abuse, or addiction. The sessions can also support couples struggling with emotions related to parenting or caregiving. We recommend a minimum of 10 sessions, but extensions may be required depending on need. Sessions are 55 minutes long and can be delivered in person in Devizes or online.
